Held outdoor local to New Woman / Total Fitness our friendly Boot camp fitness classes are based upon simple, yet effective basic movement patterns executed at high intensity. These workouts deliver time-tested measurable health and fitness improvements. This technique delivers the most effective broad-based fitness results in the most efficient manner possible.

£5 -per session

Minimum of 10 people per class paid in advance (non refundable)
Boot Camp Times - 6 Classess now per week

Mornings-Tuesday 6.15 -7.15am Thurday 6.15-7.15am Saturday 9.15-10.15am

Evenings-Monday 6-7pm Wednesday 6-7pm Thursday 6-7pm

Please let us know which classes you will be attending and we can let you know where they will be,there is a 50 percent charge for non attendance.
